This Belgian-style farmhouse ale was brewed with 100% NC grown Pilsner and wheat malt from Carolina Malt House and hopped with NZ Motueka in the whirlpool. Free rise fermentation allows the yeast to show off its fruity bouquet. Big flavor with a dry finish!
