This new IPA was brewed with Pilsner malt and rice, and whirlpooled with Simcoe and Talus hops. Dry hopped with 100% Citra. Fermented clean to showcase the hop bouquet, Cold IPA is intended to be the crispiest and cleanest West Coast style IPA possible.
